We establish a clear set of expectations to have a basis of good performance. If the VA is not able to meet these, intervention procedures will take place ideally even before you take notice. Any change will be communicated to you before it happens. But yes, we assist in replacing a VA if the relationship is not working and oversee the changeover to the new VA.
