We engage VAs on a full-time basis to allow them to be focused, dedicated, and effective in their job. With this, we charge a flat rate monthly. At the start of the contract, we charge a one-time fee to cover for recruitment cost, training and development, and access to tools (shared and individual) and a refundable 1-month deposit.
