Meet the HitchVA Leadership Team

Driven by experience. Dedicated to exceptional service.

Jun Allego founded HitchVA in Singapore in 2019. After seeing the life-changing results of ethical employment for Filipino professionals, Jun’s sister, Angelie Balagosa, opened offices in Australia in 2023 and expanded the candidate portfolio beyond VAs to focus on her expertise — technology outsourcing and recruitment. And so, Hitch – Talent Outsourcing was founded.

Jun and Angelie were born and raised in a humble family in the Philippines. Growing up, they experienced poverty and built resilience. Their family used education as the vehicle to a better life. It’s these foundations of hard work, resilience and an understanding of how education has life-changing impacts that drives them to provide ethical employment options and deliver exceptional service.

She led teams and worked alongside influential leaders and mentors. It’s this understanding of how strong leadership motivates and drives business culture that Angelie brings to HitchVA.

A lifelong learner, she continues to develop herself professionally and enjoys spending time with her family.
